Do massage schools require some other type of college education beforehand?


Answer: No but if you are right out of high school, it is often better to get some life experience and go to college for business and marketing.

The average age of a massage therapist is 45 and massage schools are geared toward teaching adults although there are some 2 year college programs starting in massage therapy which would be a good place to start.
