Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage are used to address the tension patterns of the body as well as to provide relief from pain and stress.

The Reiki system of healing believes the energy which is the life force or ‘prana’ is present in all of creation. Balancing your life force or energy can help relieve the strain of stress at work or in relationships.

Reflexology is the application of massage specifically to the feet and hands where there is an extremely high number of nerves. Working the feet and hands has a profound effect on other areas of the body relieving headaches, pain and other issues.

Lymphatic massage is used to address issues of lymphatic congestion in the body due to injury or surgery. Lymphatic drainage is said to beneficially effect the nervous, immune and muscular systems.

Michael has 20+ years experience as a massage therapist working with stress and injuries.

He is a licensed /Certified Massage Therapist and member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

He is a graduate of the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics as well as the National Holistic Institute. He has additional training in Reiki (energy balancing) and in Lymph Drainage massage.
