I use my skills as a body worker and psychotherapist to increase mind/body awareness, ease suffering, improve quality of life and assist others in their own healing.

My therapeutic massage practice is based in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii. My office is located in downtown Hilo. In-home massage is also available. Day or evening treatment sessions are available 7 days a week. All sessions are by appointment only.

My work demonstrates the detailed study of anatomy and physiology emphasized in my 1000 hour training program. I work with depth, specificity and intention. I specialize in hip, shoulder and neck treatment and injury care. Currently I am pursuing CranioSacral Therapy (CST) certification through the Upledger Institute. I am an entry level practitioner in CST and enjoy weaving this modality into my therapeutic massage treatment sessions.
