WASH, WASH, WASH
by: Darlean Covelli

Diseases have been around for many years. Although with all the antibioics we give to our population, for every stiffle, sneeze or cough, its no wonder why these problems come up.

We have medication for everything now a days. What happen to letting it run the course. Our bodies give us warning signs, pay attention to what ist saying, and be conscience of it. Get mor rest, eat right and exercise. Gee, this is not new, but many of us don't practice it.

As a population we need to keep healthy, and letting our immune system do its thing.

As massage therapist we should be aware of our guest on our table ,by communicating to them and LISTENING to our own instincts. If something on the body does not look right be aware, ask, and in doubt, wear gloves. Remember wash your hands.
