Career Change

I recently quit corporate america as I was approaching 40 and miserable at my work. No plan, no money in the bank. Just jumped off the cliff and bringing my corporate america bills and debt with me. Now I"m working for two places as an employee. I LOVE my work and for the first time don't feel like a fraud. But, I live on the financial edge and wondering if you had advice on how to get to the other side. Or refer any resources?? Also, as a 40 year old, ideas on how to evolve the career as you age and may not be able to deal with the physical demands as much?? Thank you.


Answer:
Taking responsibility for your finances is another part of self care. Most massage therapist live on the edge. It has more to do with your beliefs about yourself and your value.

As I am aging, I charge more for each session, only work with people who are serious about improving their health and do less massage but more effective sessions.
