What triggers your immune response?
by: Hans Albert Quistorff, LMP

My understanding is that ostioarthritus is caused by improper tension across joints but rheumatoid arthritis by an immune system response. In learning massage I learned to relieve the stress on my joints and have improved in the 13 years I have been doing the work. If you are not able to control the immune triggers you will probably have periods where you are not able to work. I would recommend working with a naturopathic doctor that could guide you in understanding your condition and support you in your goal of being a massage therapist.
